Have been using this for years. Great for attaching spare tires and bicycles to a standard size rv bumper. Would not use for towing, unless the bumper is super strong.

Have been using this one for 2 years now and love it. Much easier to use, and secure, than the ladder or spare tire mounted bike racks. I have loaded this with 3 bikes no problem. I use a large chain I bought at home depot, and wrap it around this rack and secure it to the chassis.
